Our cakes, cupcakes, cookies and macarons are all created in our studio using only the highest quality and locally sourced ingredients.
All of our creations are individually quoted and custom designed to meet your style and expectations.

Butter Cake
Not as lite as a sponge cake, but not as dense as a mud cake, our butter cakes are soft and full of flavour. They can also be coloured almost any colour.
Red Velvet
The incredibly rich, moist and delicious red velvet cake is basically the 'icing on the cake' and perfect for both cakes and cupcakes.
Buttercream
A traditional buttercream made from butter and icing sugar. It is a versatile buttercream used for layering and creating finishes on cakes.
Swiss Meringue Buttercream
As the name suggests, this buttercream has a meringue like consistency. Made from egg white it is less sweeter than the traditional buttercream.
Mud Cake
Undoubtedly our most popular, mud cakes are just so rich and decedent. Available in chocolate, caramel, white, mint, jaffa, banana, citrus and more...
Gluten Free

Fondant
A traditional cake finish commonly seen on wedding cakes. Fondant comes in an almost unlimited range of colours and is perfect for our famous figurines.
Ganache
A rich option made from a combination of high quality melted chocolate and pure cream our ganache tastes amazing and can be quite addictive.
Decorating Your Cake
There are so many options when it comes to decorating your cake or cupcakes. There are plenty of ideas on our Custom Cakes page, but let us explain a few options to you.
Drip Cakes
Our drip cakes are very popular and can be used for any occasion. Available in a wide range of colours, the drip can match your colour theme. They look great when couple with an arrangement of fresh flowers or even chocolates.
Fresh Flowers
An arrangement of fresh flowers makes quite a statement. If you already have a florist planned for your event we can work with them to ensure your cake matches your floral setup. Alternatively we can source the flowers from our suppliers.
Chocolates
You only live once right? So why not top your decedent cake with an assortment of chocolates. Whether you have some favourites or would just like an assortment that everyone can share, we can finish your cake or cupcakes with chocolates.
Wooden or Acrylic Toppers
A stunning wooden or acrylic topper can just complete your cake. Available in a wide variety of colours and text designs, a topper allows for that personal touch for someone special.
Serving Sizes
Choosing what size cake you want is always difficult. So hopefully we can make the decision a little easier for you.
Servings
Firstly you need to consider how your cake will be served at your event. If you will be looking to serve your cake with 'Tea & Coffee' or for your guests to take home, then these serves typically measure 1” wide x 1” thick. If on the other hand your cake is the only dessert being served then you will want to ask for "Dessert Serves". Dessert serves measure 2” wide x 1” thick.
Height
We typically use two heights for our cakes; a standard tier and an extended tier.
The standard tier height is approximately 5-6” tall. It is made of multiple layers of cake sandwiched together with either ganache or buttercream. A standard height tier is usually cut into two layers when serving.
The extended tier height is 7-8” tall. It is made of multiple layers of cake sandwiched together with either ganache or buttercream. Please note that due to the size of an extended tier, internal supports are used to stabilise your cake. An extended height tier is usually cut into three layers when serving.
